Terms and Conditions

Post and Packing Costs:

FREE Shipping on all Flex innovations and Pilot Rc airframes

We have streamlined our Shipping rates so now most of other parcels will ship from just £4,99

Retail customers - Shipping charges for United Kingdom are for *UK Mainland only ( see below). If no suitable shipping options are shown, please choose "pickup from store", complete your checkout process, and under comments request a quote and we will happily quote you on the best shipping options available, prior to you making any payments. Whilst we aim to offer accurate shipping costs via our website we reserve the right to amend shipping costs in certain circumstances (oversize parcels / remote areas etc)

We aim to ship either Same day, (orders placed and paid for before 12) or Next day for orders placed after 12. All items are only shipped once payment is received. Large parcels over 1m may not ship same day.

Shipping times do not include weekends. Saturday delivery may be possible in certain circumstances but requires prior notice and additional costs.

Shipping is based on estimated actual weight or Volumetric Weight. If for any reason the shipping charges are incorrect we will notify you prior to shipping any items

We ship with mostly with DX Freight Couriers, Parcelforce and Royal Mail. However for some Restricted or Oversize items such as batteries and Fluids etc we may ship via other couriers who are able to safely carry these goods for us.

If an item has been lost in transit, we may not despatch a replacement item or Refund immediately. Replacement items will be despatched at our discretion or subject to availability, once all tracking and investigative avenues have been exhausted. This may include waiting up to 30-45 days from despatch for undelivered mail to be returned to us, depending on the delivery country

Scottish Highlands postcodes are KW, IV, FK, AB, DD, PH, PA, KA, HS and ZE

Guernsey postcodes are GY; Jersey is JE.

PO is the Isle of Wight, and IM and TR the Isle of Man.

Northern Ireland postcodes are BT.

International Customers

*Please note that we cannot guarantee any shipping or delivery time frames, Where Overnight / Express shipping is chosen we will book on an overnight service.

We do not accept Pre-orders on our website from customers outside of the UK, please contact us before ordering online if you wish to order something shown as temporarily out of stock.

Whilst we do supply and fulfil worldwide orders, all International customers outside of the UK must make themselves fully aware of any Import charges, VAT, Customs or other fees their country may impose on incoming parcels. AerobatX DO NOT collect VAT on international orders and take no responsibility for any Additional charges once the Parcels have been shipped from our premises. The costs of carrying out all the necessary import formalities are expressly excluded. These are borne by the buyer, meaning that all taxes, VAT or Duties incurred when importing to the country of destination must be paid by the buyer or the recipient irrespective of the value of the goods.

International orders sent via Royal Mail Tracked and signed - the maximum insurance available is £250 and we will not be held liable for orders over £250.00 placed on our site. We DO NOT SHIP lipos internationally.

Liabilities

All Radio controlled products can be potentially dangerous when handled incorrectly or unsafely. We accept no responsibility for injuries resulting as a consequence of misuse, misinformation or ignorance of any potential risks, of a product that we have sold. You as the Pilot and user of a product are required to always carry out pre-flight checks on any flying craft and / or checks on parts to ensure that all electronics, structural parts & propeller/rotor blades are mechanically sound and fully functioning prior to any use. We cannot be held accountable for any issues found after a flight has been attempted, were the model gets damaged in use, as this will be deemed to be pilot error, for which we will not be held accountable for. Website

Should any items be out of stock you could be prevented from completing the checking out process. In this case please contact us and we will endeavour to assist and either correct stock so you can checkout or advise when we will receive new stock. We have tried wherever possible to show measurements and weights, some of these may have been rounded up or down for convenience, as such please read all measurements as approximate. Although every effort has been made to ensure that the information on this site is correct we cannot guarantee there are no inaccuracies. We will endeavour to correct anything brought to our attention.

Should there be a discrepancy between a description on our website and an item purchased or received, the consumer will be entitled to a refund (excluding return postage costs) on the return of the goods.

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling and include UK VAT unless shown otherwise. All sales to any UK and European addresses will include VAT (EU dealers are required to provide Vat details). For all international customers it is your responsibility to account for any local import charges, clearing or other costs and local VAT.

Payments can be made by Credit or Debit cards on our site using the Stripe payment gateway. We do not store any of your card or banking details. For countries outside the EU, Value Added Tax (VAT) is deductible on all items except books and magazines.

We make no representations and provide no warranties that access to the website will be continuous or uninterrupted or that the website will be accessible or optimised on all browsers, computers, tablets, phones or viewing platforms.

Our website is provided for users in the United Kingdom only. Although it may be possible to access the website from other countries, we make no representation that our website is compliant with any legal requirements in force in any other jurisdiction other than the United Kingdom.

You must check these Terms of Use and all other documentation referred to in them each time you access our website in order to ensure that you are aware of the terms that apply to you at that time.

Links to third party content or websites may appear on our website from time to time. We are not responsible for the content of any websites accessible via any link(s) on our website. All content on third party websites is outside of our control, and we do not represent or warrant that such content is related to us or our website, suitable or appropriate for use or viewing, lawful or accurate.

You must not rely on any of the content of our website for any purposes whatsoever, and you should seek your own independent professional advice before deciding to take any course of action, whether in whole or in part, of any of the content available on our website. We do not guarantee that our website does not contain viruses or other malicious software. You must ensure that you have in place up-to-date and effective anti-virus protection on your computer or other browsing device when browsing our website.

Ordering

Although we retain a very comprehensive stock, we cannot guarantee that every item shown and listed is always ex stock due to varying demand and supply. This does in particular apply to imported items where the lines of supply are sometimes extended. If a low cost item is not immediately available, and we have a similar product, we may send a near substitute unless requested not to.

All Items with a Zero Value ( £0.00 ) means they are not in stock, and are not therefore able to be ordered. Once an item is Re-stocked the correct price will be reflected. Should you Pre-order or order any product that may be out of Stock, shipping will be added at the time of shipping to your final invoice.

Specials, Black Fridays and any other sales or discounted items : Applies to current in stock items only. We do not guarantee sale pricing on future stock. Discount Vouchers or Coupon Codes won as prizes are not able to be used in addition to any Sale, Sale price, other discount or Combo deal prices. Store Vouchers bought and paid for online or in-store are of course able to be used at any time, and even against items already on special.

Our website and any products or services available on or via the website are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18.

All confidential information, including addresses, contact details, etc, are held securely. No Credit Card details are written down, stored or kept by us after order. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

PLEASE Check Total BEFORE paying - any refunds for incorrect orders or Quantities ordered will be subject to a 3% Refund fee to cover card processing costs.

Cancelling, Returns and Refunds (Orders within the UK only)

You have the right to cancel within 14 working days after the day you take receipt of goods. You must notify us within this time that you wish to cancel. You are required to take good care of the goods and return them to us at your own cost within 14 days of receipt.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your order. This must be in writing, before returning any goods, and informing us that you are returning the goods and why. Returns address will be the same as the address from which the goods were shipped.

Please Note: ALL items being returned must be in “as New” condition and this includes all packaging and manuals. A product that has been used, partly assembled or assembled or removed from sealed packaging will not be considered 'as-New'. Please ensure you are 100% happy before starting assembly of any items or using any products. AerobatX Ltd must be contacted before items that have been used or opened, can be returned and these will incur a surcharge, if return is possible. If the returned item is in a condition which does not enable us to resell as new, we reserve the right to make a charge from any refund to cover this cost. We recommend that goods are returned by recorded or insured delivery. We shall aim to refund you within 30 days providing the aforementioned conditions are met.

No refund will be provided for lost goods being returned to us, as this is the responsibility of the sender.

Customers who believe they have a faulty item should seek our assistance before returning the items by calling or emailing us. If goods are returned with a fault, they will either be inspected by us OR may need to be sent back to the supplier for inspection. In this case we will wait for the supplier’s decision, before replacing or refunding the goods. If the supplier decides the item has been damaged by the customer, no refund or replacement will be given. This decision is final. Shipping and packaging charges for returning merchandise that proves not to be faulty, will not be borne by us. Any unnecessary charges incurred by us may result in being billed to the customer.

Batteries, ESC and any other electronic goods with plugs - Please test all items BEFORE changing or removing any plugs supplied as standard - we are unable to warranty any item where the item has been modified in any way or the plug has been changed.

If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please do not accept the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please take pictures and send them to us immediately. Please save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away! We may be asked by couriers to show all packaging materials in the event of a claim. Without Photos of the damaged parcel and / or contents at delivery we are unable to process any claim, refund or replace any items.

Please note no refunds will be processed until we have the returned items in our store. Return Shipping costs are not refundable and are for the buyers account, unless prior arrangement has been made with AerobatX. On any orders that may qualify for free shipping, on return of these the shipping costs will be deducted from any monies due to you, as although you have not paid shipping costs, we have already done so. Similarly on other returns where we have paid more on shipping than you have been charged, we will refund the total less any difference we have paid.

It is not impossible that occasionally an incorrect item may be sent, if so please inform us right away and allow us the opportunity to rectify this for you ASAP.

If you cancel any orders or items after the 14 days we reserve the right to charge a minimum 20% restocking charge.

Missing Parts

Please note, on receiving your parcel from us, and particularly Kits - please ensure all parts are there. Should there be any missing parts we must be notified within 14 days. We cannot be held liable for parts missing after this period.

Pre-Orders and Customised products, please note!

Items that were not stock items at the time of ordering, are customised products, or Custom orders on behalf of a customer, are not returnable or refundable. E.g.: aircraft with custom colour schemes etc. Any deposits or funds paid on these pre-orders are also non-refundable as often these products are custom built only on receipt of the deposit by the manufacturer. Of course if you place an order we are unable to fulfil any orders or supply an alternative - you will be refunded in full.

Pre-orders usually exclude shipping unless otherwise stated. Shipping will be charged at the time of dispatch

If the product is a 'Ready to Fly', or pre-built item, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the product is working correctly before attempting to fly the model. This includes a full pre-flight check, to ensure proper operation. We cannot be held accountable for any issues found after a flight has been attempted, were the model gets damaged in use, as this will be deemed to be pilot error, for which we will not be held accountable for. If a Pre-built model is being returned, the model MUST be in it's original condition and not used whether flown or not.

This website and its contents are solely owned by AerobatX. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy or resell any part of our website or any content from our website. The trademarks, trade names, logos and other branding owned by third parties and used or displayed on or via our website are trademarks of their respective owners, who may or may not endorse or be affiliated with or connected with us.

Whilst AerobatX Ltd aim to ensure the information / Prices on this website are accurate, we do not guarantee this website is free from errors and / or omissions.
All prices are shown only as a guide, E&OE. All orders placed online will be concluded only once the customer's order is accepted by the supplier, and has been shipped to / received by the customer.
