Shipping Costs:
We have streamlined our Shipping rates so now 98% of our parcels will ship for just £4,99
Retail customers - Shipping charges for United Kingdom are for *UK Mainland only ( see below). If no suitable shipping options are shown, please choose "pickup from store", complete your checkout process, and under comments request a quote and we will happily quote you on the best shipping options available, prior to you making any payments. Whilst we aim to offer accurate shipping costs via our website we reserve the right to amend shipping costs in certain circumstances (oversize parcels / remote areas etc)
We aim to ship either Same day, (orders placed and paid for before 12) or Next day for orders placed after 12. All items are only shipped once payment is received. Large parcels over 1m may not ship same day.
Shipping is based on estimated actual weight or Volumetric Weight. If for any reason the shipping charges are incorrect we will notify you prior to shipping any items
Shipping times do not include weekends. Saturday delivery may be possible in certain circumstances but requires prior notice and additional costs.
We ship with Parcelforce ( kits up to 1,1m and Lipos), Royal Mail, DX Freight ( large kits) or DHL. However for some Restricted or Oversize items such as batteries and Fluids etc we may ship via other couriers who are able to safely carry these goods for us.
If an item has been lost in transit, we may not despatch a replacement item or Refund immediately. Replacement items will be despatched at our discretion or subject to availability, once all tracking and investigative avenues have been exhausted. This may include waiting up to 30-45 days from despatch for undelivered mail to be returned to us, depending on the delivery country

Scottish Highlands postcodes are KW, IV, FK, AB, DD, PH, PA, KA, HS and ZE
Guernsey postcodes are GY; Jersey is JE.
PO is the Isle of Wight, and IM and TR the Isle of Man.
Northern Ireland postcodes are BT.

Parcels up to 30KG Under 1,1m - £4,99
Kits up to 1,1m Express Next Day Service - £7,99
Large Kits or Parcels over 1,4m in length - from £9,99
Flex Innovations and Pilot RC kits are all shipped FREE of charge to you the customer. These are shipped DX Freight on 72 hour service. ( often received in 48 hours but this is not guaranteed) Express Next day service is Also available on these kits for just £8.99
